Meet Nivana
With nearly a decade of experience in recruitment, I’ve seen first-hand the power of connection and the impact it has on careers and businesses.
I started 323 Recruitment with a vision to do things differently – to create a recruitment agency that thrives on authenticity, resilience, and purpose. For me, it’s about more than just matching skills to roles; it’s about not looking back on my working life and wondering “what did I actually do to make a difference?”.
Early in my career, I realised that trying to please everyone often means spreading yourself too thin. Chasing quantity over quality doesn’t drive real results. That’s why I’ve focused on understanding the unique needs of both clients and candidates – because true success lies in the details.
Outside of recruitment, I’m passionate about spending time with my family and friends and you’ll often find me on the sports field. Sport has taught me invaluable lessons about perseverance, resilience and celebrating progress, even when the finish line feels far away.

With over 12 years in the electrical field as a qualified Electrician and Project Manager, I bring an In- depth understanding of the electrical sector.
With a unique combination of hands-on experience and recruitment expertise, I bring a distinct perspective to my role as a Principal Consultant. Prior to transitioning into recruitment, I spent 12 years in the electrical field as a qualified electrician and project manager, giving me an in-depth understanding of the electrical industry.
Over the past two years, I’ve honed my skills in identifying and securing top-tier talent within this sector.
My technical background allows me to thoroughly grasp the specific skill sets that are essential for success in the field, ensuring that I can match candidates with roles that align with both their capabilities and the needs of businesses. However, I’ve come to realise that recruitment is not solely about skills, it’s about understanding personalities and fostering the right cultural fit for long-term success.
